Privacy Policy

We collect only information needed for the purposes described below.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, this may include contact and delivery details, order and product information, support messages, device and browser data, IP address, and cookie or similar technology data. We receive information directly from you and from the services used to run the site.

How we use and share it

We use information to operate the storefront, process available orders, provide delivery and support, prevent fraud, maintain security, measure site performance, and send marketing only when permitted. Hosting, payment, shipping, analytics, and support providers may process relevant data on our behalf. We do not claim that information is never shared. A payment provider, if checkout is enabled, handles payment details; we do not need your full card number for customer support.

Cookies, retention, and safeguards

Necessary cookies support site functions. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, where used, are subject to available consent or opt-out controls. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no internet transmission is risk-free. Some providers may process information outside your state or country.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information we hold, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of marketing messages using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. If state law grants additional privacy rights, we will honor applicable requests. This storefront is not directed to children under 13. For a privacy request, call or write to us at the contact details below.

Site analytics

We measure page requests, on-site navigation, and approximate time a page remains visible to understand how visitors use this store. A temporary random session identifier is kept in browser session storage for this purpose. The analytics dataset does not store your IP address, full browser user-agent string, or URL query parameters. We separate known crawler signals from browser activity, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee that any request came from a person. We do not run this browser-based measurement when the browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Cloudflare processes the site analytics data for us.
